Reporting to this Position: N/A
Position Summary: The purpose of the position is to process sales orders in our ERP system and our customers' web portal to meet our service level agreements in an efficient and quality manner. Once the process is completed, the orders and transferred to the appropriate warehouse for picking and shipping
Essential Skills, Education and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent
- Understanding of warehouse operations and E- Commerce business.
- Data analysis, problem-solving
- Ability to maintain and manage efficient processes
- ERP experience
- Knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to follow company policies
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Position Responsibilities:
- Process daily inbound sales orders to ensure they are transferred to the warehouses to meet our service level agreement.
- Print shipping labels for sales orders
- Process sales orders on customer portals (example: Amazon) by confirming, routing orders for pick up, and ensuring they have been shipping and all data is entered into SAP and/or web portals
- Trouble-shooting of sales orders that are not able to ship by monitoring the shipping status of orders, cancel orders that are out of stock in SAP and customer portals, reroute orders to a different warehouse with inventory
- Data entry in SAP, excel
- Develop and maintain relationships with our internal and 3PL warehouse
- Data analysis, problem-solving of assigned projects along with your daily responsibilities
- Other related duties as assigned.
